- Execute direct and/or distributor activities to meet the company's revenue, profit and growth targets in Vietnam
- Generate demand for the company's products in Vietnam through customer meetings, distributor engagements, marketing activities
- Correctly position the company's products/solutions to meet customer requirements
- Negotiate pricing with customers and/or distributors to ensure deal closures
- Plan for growth considering factors like market conditions, competition, channel capacity
- Manage distribution partners including compliance to the company’s suggested resale price lists and terms/conditions, carrying of sufficient and accurate stock levels, complementary sales and marketing activities, and other areas as directed
- Use effective negotiation skills and demonstration of the company’s value proposition to close the sale at the highest price possible
- Provide superior pre- and post-sales service and support of existing and potential accounts
- Has a strong track of record in areas of datacenter facility and hosting services
- Has proven successful and aggressive track record in enterprise solution sales to MNCs and large corporations
- Min. 2 years sales experience in IT industry.
- Sales experience in Vietnam is preferred.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
