1. Achieve Sales targets and profitability of the designated Territory.
2. Implementation and Execution of Sales/Marketing Plan for the designated Territory.
3. Establish and build, and/or maintain relationships with key accounts and agencies, customers.
4. Regular contact with target customers and new prospects through meetings, telephone, e-mail, seminars, etc.
5. Meeting standards for customer visits, calls and events, including follow-through letters, faxes, notes, etc.
6. Working with Marketing and Technical teams to implement the Marketing Plan, New Product launch to achieve sales objectives in the designated Territory.
7. Implementation of key account and distributor strategy as defined in company’s Strategic Plan.
8. Understand the key technical features and benefits of the core products to ensure proper positioning and branding with customers.
9. Submit reports for key account progress and sales breakthroughs to the General Director, Vietnam.
10. Ensuring customers comply with company’s payment and credit policies, including collection of outstanding AR.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to consult, influence change and establish effective productive relationships internally and with external stakeholders.
- Able to develop and motivate customers to develop business.
- Degree Holder in Chemical Industry/Trading/ Commercial or Construction
- 5 years working experience in a Sales or Marketing Functions and preferably in the Chemical or Paints Industry.
- Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Candidates who have worked for other multi-national companies would be an advantage.
