Overview:
* The Financial Controller is responsible for the effective financial management and financial administration of the ACG International School Vietnam and Australian International School Saigon and their various operations and entities. This includes:
- Financial Administration and Management (for both VAS and IFRS)
- Business Development and Planning
- Risk Management

 

Key roles:

Work closely with and assist the GD in all matters relating to financial and accounting management including:
* Financial Administration / Reporting
  - Internal controls/ Accounting procedures in all operations
  - Oversight of Monthly reporting
  - Quarterly reporting – attend meeting of the Finance Committee/ Members’ Council
  - Annual reporting
  - Audit
  - Taxation compliance
  - Accounting software development 
* Business Planning
  - Cashflow forecasting / Capex planning
  - Financial modelling
  - Financing/ Relations with banks
  - Deposit management
  - Budgeting

* Budget preparation for schools
  - Valuations

* Property
  - New business evaluation (e.g. DCF)
* Risk Management
  - Review

* Licenses

* Contracts
  - Insurance

* Assets

* Public liability
  - Trademarks

* And to perform all the duties as may reasonably be required by the General Director

* This Schedule is subjected to annual review.

* University degree
* At least 2 years experience
* Location: ACG International School – Vietnam/Australian International School Saigon
