- Reports to: NATIONAL SALE MANAGER


1. Job Purpose
- Responsible for coordinating, developing and implementing the activity plans by brands and by channels.
- Be a bridge between Marketing and Sales to ensure efficient of Sales operation and achievement of brand objectives.

2. Accountabilities
In coordination with Marketing and Regional sales managers, to develop the channel plans (channel development, merchandising, trade promotion, activities …) and consumer promotion in Modern Trade channel.
- Develop POSM by channel and make sure La Vie visibility is the best in bottled water category
- Proposes, allocates and monitors the TTS budget by brand and by region
- Accountable for the pre and post evaluation of promotion programs
- Collates the rolling activity plans and communicates to all concerns
- Other assignments are requested by National Sales Manager & Management.
- Key Interfaces: Interal: Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance & sales productivity.
- External: Advertising agencies, 3rd party for promotion and  demonstration teams.
 
3. Key Performance Indicators:
- Quality/ timely achievement of promotion objective
- Target volume, value and RIG
- TTS spend within agreed budget
- Generation of an appropriate number of quality promotion activities in Traditional Trade.
- Achievement on good practice of merchandising and demonstration in trade

 

1. Educational Qualifications
- University degree (BA/ BS or MBA)
- Computer literate
- Fluent in English language (written & spoken)

2. Work Experience : 2 – 3 years experience in sales management or brand management or trade marketing or promotion  

3. Skills & Knowledge:
- Advanced planning and coordination skills
- Knowledge of regional culture and regional business characteristics
- Analytical competencies
- Fact based argumentation
- In-depth knowledge of market/channel situation (internal and external)
- In-depth knowledge of the brand, direct and indirect competitor
- Knowledge of customer insight as well as shopping behavior
