- Make annual business plan, Implement this plans to ensure deliver profitable approved plans.
- Deal with a necessary partners involved key projects
- Be responsible to the assigned targets
- Monitor sale team to run efficiently through sales & marketing tools
- Track outstanding debt of customer
- Co-ordinate with Technical dept. to handle and solve problems complaint, enquiries from customer
- Attend and participate in sales meeting, product seminar, and trade show when required.
- Market analysis based on historical sales data, and to propose action plan to address it.
- Teaching and training sale team.
- Report to General Director.
** Qualifications:
- Bachelor / University degrees in sale and /or marketing fields. MA to be preferred.
- Good in written and oral English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- At least 3-5 years in sales/marketing management, especially in construction field, international organization
- Demonstrating evidences of leadership, accountability and team work behaviors
- Willing to travel within
