· Plan, monitor to survey and follow market information by monthly basis.
· Analyze 4Ps, current marketing and competitors’ information, SWOT analysis, market size and share.
· Monitor and update sales forecast in terms of volume, SKU and color shade.
· Supervise in Making and implement Marketing plan for new products and existing ones.
· Supervise in developing market for new and existing products
· Supervise in Price setting and analyzing.
· Supervise in Setting and developing channel of distribution
· Supervise in doing promotion plan and implement promotion plan
· Supervise in Advertising and Public relation plan.
· Supervise in collecting market information, studying, evaluating and doing counter-actions
· Monitoring and Evaluating sales volume, costing, and expenses of responsible products. Setting actions to achieve sales target as set.
· Controlling actions a long marketing plan, measurement, analysis, and propose adjusting plan
· Evaluate marketing for the products, analysis, and supervise in correction plan
· Supervise in advising/Proposing the responses’ product information to customers and others.
· Monitoring and evaluate sales forecast and make sure stock available for sales
· Visit market and survey to get information to develop the market and sales volume
· Supervise in doing and controlling Sales and Marketing materials such as catalogs, banners, display, etc.
· Co-operate with concerned departments such as Production, PPIC, R&D, etc to make sure goal achieved.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
· Minimum 5 years experience in product management. Experience from decorative paint will be an advantage
· Good command of English
