JOB SUMMARY
- The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will have the overall responsibility for the operation of Strategic Business Units (SBU) under the direction of the CEO of ITD Corporation.
- This position has responsibilities involve in managing integration efforts across the SBUs at mother company, to include but not limited to, Infrastructure & Transport System (ITS), Information and Communication Systems (ICS), Automation and Electrical System (AES), Project Management and Accounting.
- The COO will report directly to the CEO and will cooperate closely with senior corporate management team and other CEO/Managing Directors of subsidiaries.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage all daily activities in following divisions/departments in the parent company: Infrastructure & Transport System (ITS), Information and Communication Systems (ICS), Automation and Electrical System (AES), Project Management and Accounting in:
- Providing Total Customer Solutions that combine the services of the above SBUs (including customer requirement analysis, consulting, design, system integration, project management) and products/services supplied by companies in ITD group.
- Maintain and developing the comprehensive relationship with major customers, group alliances and strategic partners.
- Developing actively the integrated solutions that are widely applicable and create the synergy of all companies in ITD Group.
- Managing all projects awarded to the above SBU and other big scale projects required by companies in ITD group.
- Managing accounting system for all integration services that are provided by the parent company.
2. Ensure the optimal execution of the above activities that create the competitive advantages of all group and profit for SBU in the parent company.
3. Develop, coordinate, implement and monitor processes to ensure the integration of strategic direction and operational goals.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration and/or Sciences or Engineering in h-itech fields (IT/Telecom/Automation/ Electronics/Electrics/Mechanics/Construction, etc.)
- Five years experience in senior corporate position that related to multi-businesses management and multi-functions operation(Sales, Technical support, Project management, HR, Finance, Operation).
- Effective relations with government organizations and partners (bidding and negotiation process)
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCY
* Advanced soft skills: Management, Teamwork, Interpersonal Communication, Presentation, Negotiation, etc.
* Knowledge: modern strategic management theories (Balanced Score Card & Key Performance Indicators), business administration and corporate governance theories, etc.
* Competency: Creativeness, Analyzing Thinking, Practical Intelligence, Leadership, Persuasiveness.
* Languages: be influent both in written / oral Vietnamese and English.
* C&B: Negotiable
